“Squatting properly isn’t as easy as it looks. It requires good balance, and quite a bit of significant hip, ankle, and shoulder flexibility and mobility. Learning proper form for the squat is really tough. I worked with Olena to set and correct techniques of my body posture. She has enormous knowledge of mobility, muscle function and posture analysis. I have been impressed by her ability to mentor in a precise and thorough way, yet with a relaxed and fun approach.

She works with the whole person, mentally and physically. I have gained a lot of knowledge and have been educated in a short period of time about the proper form and techniques needed to improve my body posture. My mobility and flexibility for squatting and many other exercises techniques have been improved. Because of her efforts, I have more confidence and better form. I am more aware of what it takes to maintain perfect techniques. Intense training with correct techniques absolutely great for body transformation.

I have learnt that the quality (not quantity) of training will give you amazing results. I have learnt that in order to achieve your fitness goals, it’s mental toughness.
