Forward fold
Wonderful stretch for the back side of your body. Let your lower bak, back and neck get a break.
Letting your spine relax for a while and support your digestion. Nerves connected to the spine gets stimulated nd supported. Supports your vitality and improve digestion and improve your ability to concentrate.
Lovely posture if you have shortened hocks. And a “go to” posture if you have seated work throughout the day.
Stay in the position for 10 calm breaths.
Downward dog
Calms down your brain and helps release stress and mild depression. Supplying blood to the brain.
Stretch for the your back chain. Strengthen arms, shoulders and legs.
Helps to relieve the symptoms of menopause and can helps to reduce period pain.
Improve digestion. Forbedrer fordøjelsen. Relieves headaches, insomnia, back pain and fatigue.
Hold this position for 10 smooth breathes and feel how tensions can release for every exhale.
Front side stretch
Stretches the front side of your thighs and opens your hip. Stretch for belly, chest, lungs, shoulders, armpits and neck.
strengthen the balance. Support the stomach energy. A stomach energy in balance gives a super digestion. This stretch helps you to improve your breathing and blood circulation.
Opens up your heart awareness.
Be present and hold a small contraction in the butt cheek in the leg behind you and keep your neck long and soft. Keep your mind calm and hold this position for 10 smooth inhales and exhales.
